Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment with no additional charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours may be subject to availability.
Customer Responsibilities
- Access to Property: The customer must provide safe and adequate access to the property where services will be performed.
- Preparation: The customer is responsible for preparing the area where the service will be carried out, including securing valuables and removing obstacles that may interfere with the work.
- Accurate Information: The customer must provide accurate details regarding the service requirements and property conditions. Any failure to do so may result in additional charges or delays.
Liability and Disclaimer
- Service Quality: While we strive to deliver high-quality services, BBC Technical Services is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- Customer Property: We take reasonable care when delivering services. However, we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to faulty infrastructure, improper installations, or defects unrelated to our work.

Warranty and Service Guarantee
- Warranty: We provide a limited warranty on parts and labor for certain services, as detailed in the service agreement. The warranty period and coverage may vary depending on the service type.
- Service Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will review your concern and, if necessary, provide a complimentary revisit to resolve the issue.
