Payment Refund Cancellation
Policy

At BBC Technical Services, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional services and satisfaction. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund for services booked. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may occur and the processes involved.

 Payment

  • Users of the website who choose online payments will be notified of their purchase by an app notification, an email sent to the email address provided at the time of order or both. The Company will send the confirmation as soon as is technically possible after the payment has been processed.
  • There will be no storage, sale, sharing, renting, or leasing of any credit/debit card information or personally identifiable information to any third parties.
  • The information you are required to enter when paying for our services on our website will be sent securely to our payment provider.
Refund
  • If you cancel your service more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, any advance payments made will be fully refunded.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours, and the cancellation fee applies, we will deduct the cancellation fee from the advance payment and refund the remaining amount.
  • We can answer swiftly any feedback or problems you may have with BBC Technical services because of our round-the-clock customer support. When a last-minute cancellation or rescheduling request is received, it might be challenging to create a new schedule. As a result, there are various refund and cancellation procedures in place for BBC Technical services.
  • It is the client’s obligation to protect any cash, jewels, or other valuables. Dedicated technical services have a zero-tolerance policy for theft and dishonesty. None of the aforementioned, however, is thought to be a duty or liability. You will be charged the full amount if you immediately cancel. Refunds will only be made using the payment method used initially.
Cancellation
  • If work is canceled after the technician has arrived on site, provided that reasonable efforts have not been made to notify the Company beforehand, or if the technician is unable to enter the customer’s premises for any reason, the company may charge the visit fee for the scheduled appointment, which amounts to AED 100 plus VAT.
  •  If the proposed work is not later rescheduled, such cancellation penalties also include the cost of any materials purchased for the project and the materials utilized therein.
